Coffee cherries from selected Arabica varietals (Catuaí, Parainema, Icatú) are fermented for 24 hours and then washed to boost the expression of the varietals and terroir.
This coffee develops floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, notes of stone fruits, chocolate, and bright citrus acidity. The smooth, creamy and clean body, reflect its balanced and elegant character.
