Coffee cherries from selected (Arabica) beans (Catuaí) are “naturally processed” (the cherry skin is not pulped). The entire cherries are slowly fermented for 48-72h with native yeasts and bacteria, enhancing its complexity and fruitiness. The result is a fruit-forward cup with bold aromas of red fruit and blackberry.
