This coffee offers balanced citrus notes combined with caramel sweetness. Deep molasses, dark, syrupy complexity, with a soft gently acidity. A creamy body rounds out the cup with a well-integrated finish.
Neftaly Melara Santos has been cultivating coffee for 30 years on his farm. He works closely with his son Geremías, enjoying the natural surroundings and favorable climate at 1,700 meters. In addition to coffee, they grow various fruits like citrus and avocados, which they sell locally. These two gentlemen find fulfilment in their work, embracing the rhythms of each season and the strong connection to the land and family.
