Coffee cheeries from selected Arabica varietals (Catuaí), are fermented for 24–48 hours with native yeasts and bacteria to enhance its sweetness and complexity.
The coffee shows a vibrant, aromatic cup with notes of caramel, panela, and ripe peach, as well as soft lactic acidity, delivering clarity, depth and a well balanced flavor experience.
